Enroll NY is a website that allows anyone living in one of the five boroughs of New York City or Westchester County to
- Learn about Medicaid, Family Health Plus and Child Health Plus
- Learn about participating managed care organizations
- Determine if you are eligible for public health insurance
- Begin the pre-application process
- Submit a pre-application to a Facilitated Enroller
The New York City Managed Care Consumer Assistance Program (NYC MCCAP) is a NYC-based organzation that offers assistance through its own helpline and via 26 Community Based Organizations, located throughout the 5 boroughs. NYC MCCAP can help with questions related to public health insurnace programs and commercial insurance.
