Comments: 2016 Value-Based Payment Roadmap

New York State is working to change how health care is paid for. By 2020, the State’s goal is that 80 to 90 percent of all health care will be paid for under a value-based payment arrangement. The Value-Based Payment Roadmap is the State’s plan for achieving this, starting with Medicaid managed care. The Roadmap will be updated annually. These comments are in response to the 2016 version.
