Comments: HCFANY Comments on the NY State of Health’s 2016 Plan Invitation

The NY State of Health is preparing to release the 2016 plan invitation for participating plans on the Marketplace. In light of this, HCFANY would like to offer recommendations for the State to address the following in their plan procurement process: network adequacy, out-of-network coverage requirements, disclosure standards relating to plan networks, additional consumer protections, a future means of monitoring and enforcement, taking measures to improve health disparities, and more.
