Congress refuses to hold hearings on the American Health Care Act (AHCA) which, if passed, will have devastating consequences for millions of Americans. Public Advocate Letitia James is holding this hearing to provide patients, consumers, medical providers, and experts the opportunity to testify about the impacts of the AHCA and provide recommendations. Testimony will be sent to the NYC congressional delegation.
