Patents and caregivers need access to actionable health information so they can contribute to and shape their health care – from choosing the right health plan to understanding and following treatment recommendations. Clinicians and hospitals need help rethinking information sharing in the digital age. We’re working to overcome barriers that stand in the way of the useful flow of health information. We hope you’ll join us and offer your thoughts and expertise!
