The Senate’s Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA) would take away health coverage from 22 million people and devastate the Medicaid program by taking away $772 billion in funding over 10 years, capping the overall growth rate, and ending the program’s 52 year history as an entitlement program for all who are eligible.
