Members of New York City’s Congressional delegation, New York healthcare providers, advocacy groups and others will rally Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. in Brooklyn to oppose efforts to dismantle the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and inflict deep cuts on Medicare.
