Can you believe that October 1st is already tomorrow???

We are ecstatic that the moment we have been fighting for all these years has finally arrived.  Tomorrow, uninsured New Yorkers from across the state will be able to enroll into quality, affordable health coverage that will begin on January 1st.  For many families, this will be the first time in a long time that they will be able to afford health insurance.   For others, those who currently buy insurance on their own, purchasing new plans through the NY State of Health insurance marketplace will be an opportunity to put money back in their own pockets.

Tomorrow marks a big milestone in our ongoing fight for quality, affordable health care for ALL New Yorkers.  Here at Health Care For All New York, we would like to send a heartfelt thank you to our membership and everyone else who helped make this moment possible.  You are all truly health care heroes! We hope you will remain by our side as we continue our work to improve our health care system.
