The number of delivery system transformation pilots and programs is overwhelming, but they are all based on a core set of strategies. This presentation by Derek Ayeh from the Medicare Rights Center explains these strategies, including Accountable Care Organizations and bundled payments, and the programs, like FIDA and DSRIP, that use them.
