Comments on Proposed Changes to the Federal Poverty Level

The Office of Management and Budget released a request for comments on the measure of inflation used to adjust the federal poverty level each year. HCFANY submitted the attached comments arguing that OMB should not change the measure of inflation and that the poverty level as currently calculated is too low.
