Like most warm-blooded Americans, we here at HCFANY enjoy a good infographic.  Especially when it involves complex legal questions!

Kaiser Health News (KHN) recently put together a nifty little infographic explaining the many different decisions the Supreme Court could make on the current challenge to the Affordable Care Act, and what the outcome of each decision would mean for implementation of the law moving forward.

It’s a short but sweet and includes definitions of what the different terms mean – like “anti-injuction act” and “severability.”
