HCFANY is monitoring health systems transformation in New York State and looking for ways to help advocates engage. This fact sheet was developed for HCFANY by the Children’s Defense Fund – New York and describes some of the opportunities presented for children’s health by systems transformation, and some of the challenges that advocates should watch out for.
