We are still waiting for the release of the State’s health insurance Exchange bill, which is expected to be out in the next couple of days.  In the meantime, HCFANY advocates trekked up to Westchester to meet with the editorial board for The Journal News.  On the agenda was  – you guessed it – HCFANY’s take on the New York State Insurance Exchange.
