Governor Cuomo is scheduled to release the 2011-2012 Executive Budget today, which should be available on the budget website shortly.  The Governor is also set to deliver his budget address today at 1:00 PM.  This will be aired live via webcast, which can be accessed at the governor’s website: www.governor.ny.gov
