Crain’s Health Pulse today scooped a rumor that has been making the rounds among fellow advocates and HCFANY folks alike that the Governor is set to release an Exchange bill at any given moment.  This has not, however, been publicly confirmed by anyone at the Governor’s office.

The Senate and Assembly are also said to be in the process of discussing a bill, and that a Senate bill is expected to be coming out soon.
