The Paterson Administration officially released its 2009/2010 State budget today. In extraordinarily difficult fiscal circumstances that require painful cuts, HCFANY believes the Governor’s health budget nonetheless makes important steps towards providing affordable, high quality coverage to all New Yorkers.
