Senator Bernard Sanders (I-VT), Senate Minority Leader, Charles E. Schumer (NY), and House Minority Leader, Nancy Pelosi (CA), are calling for a national day of action titled, “Our First Stand: Save Health Care,” on Sunday, January 15 to oppose any cuts to health coverage entitlement and earned benefit programs.

In a letter earlier this week, the three Congressional leaders call on their colleagues to organize rallies around the nation in protest reductions in funding for Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security.
